Fees
Kaizen Clinics Oakleigh South is a mixed billing clinic where all new patients are charged a fee for their consultation. The fee is at the discretion of the GP. If you have any concerns, please discuss this at the time of your consultation.
We have Bulk billing available for:
- Senior pension and/or disability pension concession card holders
- Children under the age of 16 with a valid Medicare card
- DVA card holders
Health care concession card holders will receive a discounted fee.
Private fees that may apply for other services such as:
- Non-Medicare Card Holders
- Long/Extended consultations
- Skin Checks
- Procedures
- Iron Infusions
- Implanon procedures
- Medical Reports/Documents/Forms
- Dressings
- Other*
For patients that have a valid Medicare Card and have nominated their bank details with Medicare, we are able to lodge your claim to Medicare on your behalf at the time of payment and the Medicare rebate will be deposited into your nominated bank account.
Private Fees
- Standard Consultation $75
- Long Consultation $140
- Extended Consultation $190
Weekends Fees:
$75 for a standard consult
Bulk billing applies for all children under 16 and for concession card holders
Forms of payment accepted:
- EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, Cash
- Credit card telephone payments accepted and online transfers also available
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend for a scheduled appointment, please contact us to cancel or change your appointment time.
A $50 non-attendance fee will apply if appointment is cancelled within 2 hours of appointment booked time and/or failure to attend appointment.
