Kaizen clinics Oakleigh bulk-bills patients with valid Medicare cards for GP consultation. Patients without Medicare cards will incur consultation fees – you will be advised at time of check-in or consultation.

Forms of payment accepted:

• EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, Cash
• Credit card telephone payments accepted and online transfers also available

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend for a scheduled appointment, please contact us to cancel or change your appointment time.

A $50 non-attendance fee will apply if appointment is cancelled within 2 hours of appointment booked time and/or failure to attend appointment.
