Dr. Vishal Sharma
MD MRCGP FRACGP MBA
Vishal is the Director at Kaizen Clinics. He had the privilege of working with leading medical specialists during his medical training in the United Kingdom.
He acquired a wealth of experience working in General Practice and after hours service in South-West England and then Australia. He became a Member of Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP UK) in 2008 and completed his MBA in 2012 from Warwick University in the United Kingdom. He moved to Australia in early 2013. He is a vocationally registered GP and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
He takes the concerns of his patients very seriously and thoroughly relishes the challenge of complex medical problems. He firmly believes in evidence-based medicine. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice especially chronic disease management and men’s health. Vishal enjoys travelling, cricket, soccer, cycling and most of all he thoroughly enjoys the superb coffee Melbourne has to offer.

Dr Anne Cousens graduated from Manchester University, UK and completed her general practice training in the UK before immigrating to Australia in 2001.

Dr Luke Wee
Dr Luke Wee is an experienced GP from New Zealand who has recently joined us at Seville.
He has a special interest in general medical care, men’s health, sexual health, vasectomy and minor surgeries.
He is also interested in new areas of longevity medicine, neurodiversity, travel and indigenous health.
Some Saturday appointments available.

Dr Zhengdong QU
Dr Zhengdong Qu joined the clinic in May this year, He graduated from Medicine in Qingdao, China. He spent 11 years in Genetic research in Monash University. He returned to medical practice from 2017 after completing his Australian Medical Council Assessment.
He had his hospital training in Frankston hospital from 2018 to early 2022, He undertook his GP training in rural Victoria of Albury-Wodonga region from 2022 to mid 2024. Zhengdong started his RACGP Fellowship from 2024.
Zhengdong has interests in all aspects of General practise, in particular Aged Care and Men’s health. He is currently undergoing skin cancer training from ACCO(Australian College of Cutaneous Oncology), he has strong interest in skin checks and some skin cancer management in the future.
Dr Qu enjoys sailing, snow skiing and cross country running, he also does small woodcraft and construction work.

Dr Michael Jones
Dr Jones has been a fully qualified GP since early 2017. He has been working in Ballarat and has experience in Urgent Care.
He has an interest in looking after young families. He is experienced in looking after kid’s health, women’s health and men’s health.
Dr Jones is a Christian and his faith is the most important part of his life. He is actively involved in his local church.
He is a husband to his beautiful wife and has 4 beautiful children. They enjoy spending time on their block of land, tending to their hobby farm.
In his spare time he enjoys reading and he likes to keep himself busy with different projects around the house.

Lahni is born and raised a Seville local, so knows the area and the needs of locals better than anyone.
Lahni graduated from La Trobe University with a bachelor of Health Science & Master of Podiatric Practice Lahni enjoys all aspects of Podiatry, with a particular interest in helping patients with diabetes and lower limb sporting injuries. She has a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
She also had the pleasure of practicing at National University Hospital in Singapore, seeing patients of all ages with general and high risk foot conditions. She has extensive knowledge of current footwear for sport and causal use after working at Active Feet (a speciality running shoe store). She enjoys traveling and playing netball in her spare time.

Ariana graduated from Deakin University with a Masters of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences. She has completed additional education to become a FODMAP Trained Dietitian and Eating Disorder Dietitian and has special interests in these areas.
Ariana is a passionate non-diet dietitian and enjoys supporting people to rewire the way they view food and their bodies to encourage everyone to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Having lived with IBS for most of her life, Ariana has a deep empathy for those dealing with
debilitating digestive issues and a rich understanding of gastrointestinal health in a personal and professional setting. She is also passionate about supporting clients with chronic disease management. Ariana is dedicated to making health care equitable and accessible for people of
all identities, abilities, shapes & sizes.
Outside of work, Ariana loves exploring nature, travelling, reading alongside her book club, cooking delicious Greek dishes, growing her business ‘So Foody Dietetics’ and of course Melbourne coffee.
